I will be tutoring physio for a professor which I have taken before. I was wondering what are some things I can do as a tutor to ensure that I get a strong LOR from this professor.

Are you hired by that professor, or are you just tutoring their class? Are you tutoring a group of students, or just one or two students?
In general, keep in close contact with them, ask them for advice when you need, don't be obnoxious, and just be a pleasant person to work with.
