Entering credit from placement tests

I have a Spanish I credit on my transcript that I earned through taking a school placement test. How do I enter that on PTCAS? Thanks!

The same way you would enter a course, but instead of a grade puts 'CR' for 'credit' and under the section where it says "special classification", put 'advance placement' or 'CLEP', whichever applies. You'll also need to input your test grade.
