I took most of my classes at my primary four year college, but I also took a few summer classes at a community college. Do I have to enter the community college transfer credit courses on my primary college transcript, or no because they are already in the community college separate transcript?

I am currently applying and learned you have to enter all and have the transcript from the community college sent separately, even though it may appear on your current institutions transcript.
