Someone needs to do a study to find out why myocardium only responds to epi AFTER the doc has talked to the family and is walking back into the room to call the code. I swear that the most reliable way to get RSC is to call the code. Yesterday I coded this guy in the ICU who was down for ~20 min, has multiorgan system failure and has already coded 4 times this week. What a save! I did everyone a great service by pulling that one out.

See, the great thing about it, is you can DOUBLE the # of medical resuscitations that you can log! Heck, after you call the code, pull their tube, too, so you can start ACLS protocol and get yourself another intubation. If you REALLY need #s, put another line in them, just say the first was clotted off!

Q, DO

See, I read stuff like this and I know that all that crap med schools preach about what kind of people they want to become MD's is total BS. Their all just number ******!

And put in the central line like you're drilling for oil so you can throw in some chest tubes to boot.
