Considering my research background and interest, I would love to get into a neurophysiology fellowship focusing on epilepsy with development, genetic and cortical mapping/monitoring. Please advice me on which programs would be the best for me.

NYU Department of Neurology has some of the best EEG training available on the east coast. NYU has one of the largest epilepsy centers and a very large vEEG monitoring unit. There is a very large cohort of patients and many of the patients undergo genetic testing too and are followed for many years. There are very active neurogenetics research being performed by the current dept. chairman, Dr. Edwin Kolodny. I am quite sure that with your focus on epilepsy and development, you will be able to find a niche in the NYU system for your interests.
