It wasn't a topic on mine, either. I suppose that if needed, know the really basic conversions (morphine to oxycodone, etc.)

I certainly had a few dosage questions, but nothing too rough.

I had 2 analgesic pain conversion questions. I know this is too late for you, but for anyone else THEY DO give you the chart.

I ended up having a steroid conversion - and did not get a chart. No pain conversion though.
