You might check out The Wolf Files (www.theWolfFiles.com). It's in the bookstores & Amazon. It's not expensize and it's exactly what non-radiologists need to know.

try www.auntminnie.com -i worked in a rad dept for 2 1/2 years, and the residents and attendings alike swear by it! if you sign up (free), you can get emailed cases of the day and the like. good stuff! hope this helps =)
