I noticed today that one of the programs downloaded all my uploaded ERAS files (application, LORs, transcripts, etc. etc.) twice today, 1 hour apart! Does this indicate any sort of ERAS issues? Did my files get there alrite?

This happens a lot. Get used to it. It's fine.

I noticed that some of the programs download at night. Do some programs set a specific time when they download?

Downloading takes awhile. It's not uncommon to get someone to do it at night, when the system is faster, and then that allows people to spend daytime hours actually looking at apps.
