I've asked this question elsewhere and gotten a few good replies but I thought this site may help. Anyone else having this issue? I submitted a document at the end of August, and it still has not been uploaded to the ERAS PostOffice. It is the only document that I and programs are waiting on and I fear that interviews are being delayed because of it. I am an independent applicant from a US school (previous graduate), so I questioned my school multiple times but they are not responding to me. I thought it was my school's responsibility to help. Am I wrong? I am also worried about other documents being submitted in a timely way (such as the Dean's Letter or additional letters of reference). What do I do? For this delay, is there some way to question ERAS directly? I've worked hard to get my documents in early and it's frustrating to me that I have to wait like this. I'm not a 99/99 board score candidate. I just want to get into a good program and not scramble. Thank you.
