Hey y'all,
I'm applying general surgery and my situation is that I'm more or less all set but waiting for a strong letter of recommendation that hasn't been uploaded yet. I was wondering if you guys think it's ok if I wait until Wednesday before submitting because I was hoping they would review my application with his letter?

You should have submitted on the 15th, getting letters after is ok.
