ERAS vs SF Match

What happens if lets say,
you want to apply to radiology as your number 1 option for residency and neurology as your backup, but neurology is through the SF match and will come out earlier. Now, you get accepted in January to Neurology, does that automatically cancel your application to the radiology residency?
any info would be very much appreciated.

yes, once you've matched into neuro you can't match through NRMP. So basically, it's a bad idea. And p.s. radiology is a MUCH better field.
