sorry guys, english is my 2nd language, I really don't understand what this sentence is saying from acheiver, can you please explain it??

Frame shift mutation, on the other hand, can so shift the reading frame of mRNA that any combination of missense and nonsense events can possibly be manifested during translation.

Frame shift moves the nucleic acid chain over by a certain number. Each codon has 3 bases so if the chain was normally A-C-C-U-G-G-U-A that means the first amino acid is formed from the A-C-C codon and the second from the U-G-G codon. In a frameshift, you shift bases over by a certain number. If you shift over by 1 in this example, you might end up with C-C-U for the first codon and G-G-U for the second. If you shift by 2 you would end up with C-U-G for the first codon and G-U-A for the second. You can end up with missense mutations if the shift forms different amino acids. You can end up with nonsense mutations if the shift causes a stop codon to appear where it shouldn't. Since a frame shift affects everything after the shift, you can have multiple mutations occur. It's a very bad thing to have happen.
