Do you have a pay stub/W-2? Easiest thing to do is write down that.

I was a trip leader for kids with disabilities this summer, so when I was on trail I was basically working 24 hrs a day (I probably got about 5-6 hrs of sleep a night) but I was often woken up multiple times during the night to take care of my campers. When estimating my hours should I calculate that I worked 24hrs/day, 18hrs/day or something else? I'm worried that the number of hours may look suspicious in 3 months time, but I also want to represent the extent of my work.
You DID work (or were on call) 24 hours a day! I absolutely would claim all the hours, and make sure to include in the narrative what the work entailed in order to provide context for the amount of hours claimed in the relatively short period of time.

It's not overly important. You can put down 18 hours a day, just make sure you write down what exactly you were doing that would justify 18 hrs/day.
