does anyone have a good explanation on how to estimate some of the values on the GC section like how to do 6*10^-4 times 2 quickly in their heads. Or taking something like 7.5*to^-5 and doing the square root. I just can't seem to do it in my head. Any video/tips would be much appreciated.

could you be a bit more specific on which video in particular?

6X10^-4 (2) is simply 12X10^-4. It's simple math.

You are correct , however the answer is going to be presented most likely as 1.2 x 10-3. You have to convert the 12 to an exponent form
