Hello! Having some trouble with class identification on the AMCAS. I have one class that is listed under the computer science department, but the entire class was actually on ethics of computer science, and the name of the class says so as well "Ethical Issues in Computing", so logically, I'm thinking of putting it down as a philosophy class. However, people have said to stick to the transcript, and in my transcript, the class is "CS ### Ethical Issues in Computing". So, they still put it under the computer science department despite the name and the class being completely devoid of coding related information and mainly focusing on ethics.

If it's CS, it's CS. You use the dept descriptor, not the content
Actually, you use the content, not the department. :)
