if you have a patient who has AIDS and tells you not to let anyone know including his wife (she is coming to visit you later in the day for her annual check-up) what should you do

-tell the wife her husband has AIDS
-report him to human health services
-there may have been other choices but don't remember all of them
-you would not tell his wife? assuming that he is not intending to infect his wife or encourage him to tell his wife (don't remember if this was an option)
