has anyone accepted stock grants on etrade yet? i still haven't seen any link yet to accept the grant.

I just got my annual review with the 1k equity bonus. Me and my manager are both still trying to figure out how to use it.

My sup said they will send out a letter to show you how to accept it but I havent seen it yet either.

I think you have to work 3 more years for it to vest? Most people are long gone from CVS by then.

I remembered my sup mentioned that the new stock that they just implemented this year will be vested immediately. They will be sending out postcards in May for instructions on how to accept

I got a letter today explaining that it is RSUs instead of stock options. Said it will be at the same Etrade spot. Not immediately vested, same three year waiting period.

Yup they will still vest over 3 years, but instead of options they will grant shares of stock in the form of RSUs. If the company believes that the stock is going to go up tremendously in the upcoming 5-7 years, this will save them a ton of money (if the stock flat lines or falls, this is better for the employees because the shares will be worth something instead of 0 value options).

I got a letter in the mail that said it will appear "around May 1st" on etrade.

you should receive the letter by now, telling you how to activate it on etrade. // if you miss the grant acceptance deadline, you won't get a second chance. check your mailing address with the company. if you move around, they may have already sent to your old address.

The letter just said to go on etrade. I still don't have anything on etrade to accept yet though. It wasn't this late the last couple years

Bump. just wondering if anyone has seen anything from etrade? I havent seen anthing yet. No grant review on myhr and no acceptance info from etrade. Seems they are quite late this year. Last year it was right on the dot on April 1st.

If you go to eTrade, click on "Stock Plan" and then click on the "Holdings" tab, you'll see this message
"

**RSU DIVIDEND EQUIVALENTS** Note that for Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted in 2017, dividend equivalents will accrue during the vesting period and will only be paid if and when the underlying RSUs vest, rather than on a quarterly basis. Dividend equivalents associated with RSUs granted prior to 2017 will continue to be paid quarterly in cash on the pay date declared by the Board

I could have sworn that the letter said something about prior year grants in stock options being converted to RSUs. I can't find one of those letters. i am looking at eTrade and the stock options granted in 2016 remain classified as options.

I didn't get anything like that. Only RSUs for the new grant.

Call the number on the back of the letter and they'll give you one over the phone and walk you through how to activate your account.
