EU-CITIZEN WITH CARIBBEAN MEDICAL DEGREE LOOKING FOR EU RESIDENCY

Hi I'm an Italian Citizen graduating with a Caribbean MEDICAL degree. I wanted to know what are the procedures to apply for residency in Europe. Can someone please help me. Need to know if there is a specific exam i should so that my degree is valid in Europe and what are the best country to apply to.

Also Europe is a pretty diverse continent and the rules vary from country to country, so you need to be more specific as to which country you're looking into and what languages you speak so far.
