If you're referring to the LOR part, it's the title of the person who's writing your letter. Such as "Assistant Professor" or "Adjunct Instructor" or "Principal Investigator".

It would probably be their official job title, i.e. Associate Professor, or Professor. I would ask the LOR writer personally how he signed the letter, so that what you put on your secondary can match with what he signed on the letter.
