hey all
i have friend who is a female med student who owns her own house, is renting out a furnished bedroom (queen-sized bed, desk) walking distance to school, movie theatre, local restaurants and grocery store. She has one other roommate who is a male PhD candidate at EVMS...whoever rents would be sharing a bathroom with him. Full access to the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, half-bath downstairs.
$500/month including all utilities, 1st and last month's rent along with $200 deposit due at lease-signing.
(must love dogs, non-smoker required)
