does that mean i have to list them exactly in order they appear on transcript in each session??

Also, I have no idea what classes I will be taking as a senior this fall. However, do I need to put any classes down under "planned session" or does it not matter??

...Exact order...Why would order matter?
They just mean don't change a B- to a B+ and don't change Bio 109 to 209.

The only classes I put down for planned or in progress were classes I am taking right now this summer. As for the fall, I did't put any for then but thats more because I am only taking business classes (my major), and i have all my sciences done. So if I had some important sciences like biochem in the fall I would probably put those in there.
