a bone lesion with radioopaque structures radiating from periphery suggests
osteosarcoma
osteoblastoma
giant cell tumour
multiple myeloma
osteitis deformans
 
are u sure its osteosarcoma and why not osteitis deformans....i think both shd have same x ray appearance
 
it's osteosarcoma, (SUN BURST APPEARANCE)
initial radiographic sign of osteo sarcoma: widening of PDL.
osteits deformans is paget's dis & it doesn't have the sun burst appearance at all.
