not worth paying the extra money for the 6th. I would say that literally 99% of the books are the same, and the <1% that is different is mostly just small corrections to little typos they may have made. don't spend the extra money for the newer ones...not worth it. Good luck!

I own the 5th and am wondering the same thing.

One disadvantage I've noticed is that EK doesn't publish the errata for the 5th edition.

You can go to the ek forums on their website and there is a forum for 5th edition errata. There is little difference between the two editions from what I've heard and seen.

No significant differences that would hinder your chances of being well prepared for the MCAT.

if anyone wants to buy a study package of the 6th edition (all brand new, except gen chem is written up) let me know. got sick last year and decided not to retake. PM me if interested 🙂
