There are so many different sets of EK material, and I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

What is the difference between the Complete MCAT Study Package vs. the Complete MCAT Study Package (5 volum set)? And if this is the full set, then they contain all of the bio, chem, physics, and organic chem sections that you can purchase separately?

The difference between EK Verbal Reasoning and Math vs. EK Verbal Reasoning?

What is the Full Length MCAT books that EK offers?

If you have used EK, which sets do you recommend purchasing? I've heard good things about the 101 passages and 1001 questions set.


I've also looked at this thread for recommended books for each section (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showpost.php?p=9497367&postcount=20). Has anyone actually followed by these guielines and "mixed" the different books? Or do you recommend just sticking to one kind of prep material? I also plan on doing independant studying, not taking the actual prep courses.

Complete MCAT Study Package only has content books, does not include 1001 set and those two things you mentioned sound the same to me. This set can also be purchased separately, and only contain content review with minimal practice.

1001 set only has questions no content review. They are just different things
