ExamMaster or alternative *FULL-LENGTH* Practice Assessment

Hi folks,

I seek a solid full-length practice exam. ExamMaster offers one and is free through our institution. However, I do not know how good it is. So:

a) Can anyone comment on how good (or bad) ExamMaster is?
b) Can anyone recommend a SOLID full-length practice exam?

I am already using half-length practice assessments from USMLEWorld & from USMLE.org (http://www.usmle.org/Orientation/2009/menu.html)
