I was watching Philadelphia this afternoon after my Path exam and noticed Tom Hanks appears to have uremic frost when he is lying the hospital bed at the end of the movie. Some of our psychpathology prof's use movie clips to illustrate different conditions which seem to really help drive home the symptoms of the diseases. What are some other examples of pathology (incidental or otherwise) in movies?

I thought this was a little different from "favorite movie about medicine"
