If I’m reading this correctly, the part that is disturbing is 5c, which eliminates the fee schedule differential between physicians and midlevels, basically allowing the latter the same reimbursement as the former without supervision. What’s the point of going to med school these days?

I don't think this is law, just a proposal (albeit a ridiculous one)

My point is that everyone always claims that Democrats will be the ruin of medicine. The right is no better, really.

As long as we dont get Bernie or liz AND a democratic Senate, then single payer wont happen.
