Im finding it difficult to do weightlifiting and studying at the same time because working out drains my energy. And takes about two days to recover. But I'm losing valuable study time. Does this mean I have to cut back on working out and go at it a little easy?
The only thing is that the easier I go the less gains a person usually see's.
