I lost a lot of weight in the past 2 years, but it's still blubbery around the abs and I have love handles. I still do jog every once in a while, but are there other exercises I could do at home to harden the ab a bit?? I don't go to gym or play a specific sport.
My ackles turn whenever I take walks through grassy areas, too.
