Expired MCAT

I took the MCAT in August 2004, and after taking a tour in the consulting field for 1.5 years, am thinking of applying to some SMP programs next year. Needless to say, my score will have been expired for quite some time, come application-time for me.

Do I need to retake the MCAT, or does this vary by program?

Also, can anyone cite whether a particular program does or does not require a more recent score?
