Expunged underage drinking

I just filled out a # of secondaries and said no to misdemeanors. At the time I submitted them, I did not recall an under age drinking fine I received over a year ago. How should i correct this issue? Should I upload a statement in pdf to the secondary application site or email admissions?

Legally, is it a misdemeanor? If not, then you're probably fine.
