extension of eligibility period

I want to extend my eligibility period. Presently it's sept, Oct, Nov...I want to extend it to dec, Jan , Feb..my ecfmg documents have been verified....so how long does it require for my new scheduling permit to come? How many days do they take ????? I want to give in December....so worried if it takes more than month....can anyone who had similar issues pls tell me....
