extension on deposit deadline

I have an interview on April 3rd at NECO and April 13th at ICO - however.. the NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $750 is due on April 15 for Nova.

I am hoping that NECO will get back to me on time by then - but most likely not for ICO.

I dont knwo what to do because in the event that I really like ICO - I dont want to put down $750..

yet, I dont know if I will get into ICO - so I dont wanna take the risk of not putting a deposit down for Nova..

What shoudl I do?

I would personally just put down the deposit, $750 is not much compared to what you will pay for 4 years of optometry school.

Maybe you could call NOVA and ask for an extension. You don't sound too excited about NOVA, do you think you would choose ICO or PCO over NOVA no matter what? How coinfident are you about your chances to get into ICO or PCO?

when asking for an extension, do you tell them that is because you want to check out other schools or does that sound bad to them?
