Extent of Biostats on Step 2

For those of you that have taken step 2, appx. how many Q's were there on the exam? I'm using USMLEWORLD and the questions there are pretty tough. Is going over First Aid enough for biostats?

I had maybe 4 or 5 biostats questions. Except for one that wanted me to differentiate between statistical tests, the rest were very doable and First Aid was plenty.

I think some of this may be the luck of the draw. I only had a handful of questions, and nearly all of them could be answered understanding sensitivity and specificity (either in theory, equation or graph format). However, a few of my friends have had some questions that cover a lot less straight forward concepts in bio stats. It probably depends on what questions you get randomly assigned from their question bank. That said, I think that covering more than what is contained in first aid (or similar review books) is probably not high yield.
