externships for fmg??

Hi all,

I am a US citizen who did only their med school in india.......i haven't graduated yet, and im in my final yeear of rotations now. I haven't taken any of my steps yet tho....

I'm trying to apply for an externship in neurology and am finding it IMPOSSIBLE! most of the programs require your school to be affiliated with their school in order for this to happen

im sooooo desperate 🙁 to get an externship/clerkship of at least an elective for neuro

if anyone has any advice on how to do this and what programs are more liberal to take in students.....pls post here................i jus wana know the exact unis that would take on students with my background..
