I am a high school student in Canada, and I was just wondering if EC's matter for applying to an undergrad school or even medical school? Also, does being bilingual look good or appeal to universities? Thanks!

Being bilingual is a great talent and colleges will value that. EC's are important for undergrad just like they are for med school. You'll want to have some volunteering and clubs or sports in your application.

In Canada it's all about having a 3.9+ GPA. You're wasting your time worrying now
