MD & DO Extra letter for ERAS

I sent 3 letters (2 letters from my clinical rotations and 1 chair letter) to pretty much all programs I applied to. Most programs in my specialty require 3 letters. At this point, is it worth it to send another one?

Would the programs frown upon sending another letter even though their websites say 3 letters?

Research from my premed days is a strong point that makes me really stand out imo. Also the mentor I worked with is pretty well known.
