extracurricular, what if "association" started before college?

My association with an organization started when I was young and have been associated/volunteering for them my whole life... but they say don't include hs stuff..... should i just use my college start date as the date and calculate hours for just college or use my initial association date and use total hours....

ok I am an athlete. i started competing for my sports national association at a young age. I still compete for this organization. The app says "Month of Start Date
Enter the month you began your association with the organization.

Year of Start Date
Enter the year that corresponds with the month you began your association with the organization."
this leads me to believe that it wants the initial association date.....
I also dont know if i should use hours for my whole life or just in college

Hmm. I've got no idea. I would perhaps call a couple schools/AADSAS on that one. I think if you do just college, it will work fine.
