Eye drop cap colour codes

I just noticed white caps on some sample antibiotics a few days ago. Has this 'colour code' been abandoned? Does it vary between countries, ie. Canada/USA/Mexico.

Just wondering what others in eyecare biz have been seeing on antibiotic tops - I've always seen tan. 😕

The chart on page 3 is a good summary, though that last category afaik, is legit by the AAO.

It would seem that sometimes generic brands do not adhere to the cap color codes. That's what I've noticed anyway. Were the ones you saw brand name?
 
These were brand name antibiotics and a prostaglandin analog samples ( 2.5 mL ). Wierd or what?
