FA 2013 released??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I just ordered the paperback version on Amazon and it says it will be here by Fri. I would have preferred to get the kindle version but all the reviews up are ripping it for being incredibly slow to load a page. The one review of the paperback version says they corrected many of the errors from the 2012 edition so that already makes it a better purchase.

I ordered the new 2013 version just before Christmas, and it just arrived this afternoon.

I tried the Kindle version but was unimpressed. It looks head and tails above most of the converted Kindle etextbooks, but I couldn't remove the DRM in order to convert it to a PDF (for Notability use). Deal breaker.

please keep us updated on 2013 quality. I plan on either getting this or the 2014 edition next year since I already have 2011.

Thanks

How long does it take for the errata to be posted for the 2013 version?

yeah surprised to see it published and available...it's solid, not sure of the differences but I looked up something in 2012 and the pages were different, so there's that

The 2012 has a separate embryo chapter. The 2013 has the embryo pages in each organ system chapter.

You're not trying hard enough. It's pretty easy with the right plugins. Once I figure out the degree to which I can go into detail on this without a lawsuit (which is ridiculous, since it's about using IP that you own as you want to-- not piracy), I'll write up a tutorial.

I tried both the Calibre plug-in and Apprentice Alf's tool pack without much success. I'll admit I'm nowhere near an expert on this. I'd love to see your tutorial. The whole epub business drives me nuts.
