How will the 6 new NBMEs being released affect step 1?

NBME said that 6 new CBSSA forms will be released to reflect the changes of step 1 post october 20th.

I’m wondering how will this affect the actual exam, if at all? Will it change apart from the content distribution changes? Will this affect the predictiveness of other self assessments like NBME 18, UWSA1 or UWSA2? How should we deal with this? Should we be scared?

It really won't change much. There are only a few things changing but that shouldn't affect the overall predictiveness of the self assessments.
