In the errata list for FA 2012 it says to make the following correction:

461 Glaucoma
"Narrow-angle" refers to the angle between the cornea and the iris, not the cornea and
the lens. The closure of this angle prevents aqueous humor access to the canal of
Schlemm. Please make this correction both in the text, and in point 1 of the left image.

I guess I just dont understand what exactly it is that I am supposed to change....

what is getting stuck together...iris and lens or cornea and iris?

is the obstruction of flow between iris and lens or iris and cornea?

where is the pressure building up..behind what?

Please any clarification would be so appreciated.

maybe it's the lack of sleep but for some reason I'm just not getting it (just killed like 2 hours reading and rereading everything i could find including your post)

I'm especially having trouble with what all the different receptors do and how they all fit together

if there is another way you can break it down i'd really appreciate it
