Call their toll free number 1-800-433-3243. They're very helpful. And btw, there's a new financial aid forum where you're supposed to post these types of queries. But it seems like a bad idea to me, 'cuz only the people with questions will go there. I certainly don't log on and think, gee, I'll go check out what's happening in the FA forum! 😀 Good luck with finding out what happened. I called them several times after submitting my FAFSA and making changes to some figures and to the schools (so I could add addditional schools). They are WAY better than AMCAS "specialists." 🙂
