When entering the Federal School Codes for FAFSA, do we just use the undergrad code? I can't find any medical school codes

You need the Title IV Institution Code (same as the Federal School Code) for the med school, which can be different. Some schools have several codes to designate different programs or campuses. See if this helps: FinAid | Financial Aid Applications | Federal School Codes
