FAFSA with different source income for pharm school

I'm planning to take out the Direct unsub loan 33k and my parents giving me 20k for school also. The FAFSA family expected contribution is zero. Will I violate FAFSA in anyway that I will not be given the loans? In other words, will I get in trouble for receiving money from my parents?

No. The EFC is used (mostly for undergrads) as the portion of tuition your family should be able to provide you. Since professional school allows you to fill out the FAFSA as an independent, it automatically calculates the EFC as 0. This just means that your family is not expected to help you out, not that they can't.
