just recieved my step 2 cs score today and i am shocked that i failed the ICE section. i don't know what i did wrong. i asked all my patients the socrates, ROS,pmh,psh,fh,social,sexual,ob/gyn. i dident do a focused exam but i did heart and lungs auscultation on all patients. i closed on time and dident do well on challenging questions but thats prolly not part of ICE. i finished all my PN with some spelling errors, i put 3-4 findings on my first diagnosis but on my second and third diagnosis i had only 1 supporting findings. workup i put 3-4 things. i dont know if these mistakes were enough to fail ICE badly. please help. how can i improve for my second attempt.
