What would be fair compensation for an overnight rph for a retail store doing 5000-6000 per week in a pretty safe mid-sized town in the northeast ? There are plenty of pharmacists in the area.

Typically same pay + $2-4 night premium. There is no "fair" pay. You will be doing 100-200 rx/night on average as a lone graveyard.
