For those of us preparing our applications now, where are you applying? What factors did you take into consideration?
UAMS. Mostly because it's about 10 minutes down the road.
Will be submitting an app with Harding as well, but I really.... really... really don't feel like going there.
You would have to be celibate and not drink.
Like I said, reaaaaaallllllllly don't feel like going there.![]()
University of Washington - My top choice
University of the Pacific
USC
UCSF
University of Montana
Ohio State University
I am sure I will be adding to this list lol
Before this summer is done I just have to get my CPhT, PCAT taken, and prepared for this fall. Ochem, Biochem, and Anatomy
U of M - Twin Cities (absolute number one choice
There's also not that much to do in Searcy. I've been there and the only things that got my attention were grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food chains, and gas stations
He could come back as a weaker base 😆 Just kidding![]()
He might not come back as a base at all 🙁
Propose a mechanism to synthesize HOLY WATER.![]()
hmm, P dope some silicon and dissolve in water in an attempt to make Hole-ey water?![]()
Yay U of M represent! Let me know if you have any questions about the application process.
University of Houston and UT Austin (my top choice and alma mater). I can't quite bring myself to apply to Texas Tech.
I'm looking at location, strength of clinical rotations, reputation, proximity to friends/family, and ability for my future hubby to find a new job in that city.
How were you able to find the clinical rotation options?
UT Austin- First choice.
UH
TT
I love Austin. and I also like in state tuition
Campbell 1st choice. Applied ED. Doing my Masters at Campbell.Campbell University School of Pharmacy is my number 1.
Currently, doing a Masters with the school so I would rather finish up my Masters while doing pharmacy school then have to come back in 3 or 4 years to complete it. Also I like the close knit feeling that students get with each other and the professors.
Whatever you do, don't apply to Loma Linda University. I absolutely regret going there.
Loma Linda University forces you to attend their chapel service every Wednesday, otherwise you can't graduate. They also force you to get a background check every year, and you have to pay for the services.
