The Fall 2019 BPS certification results are now available. Looks like the compounding exam was pretty straightforward.

90% pass rate? one of these is not like the others....

The BCNP always has a high pass rate, the qualifications to sit for the exam are more rigorous than the exam itself. As for sterile, really? Shouldn't we all be passing this as minimum competency or are we dirty and disgusting under the hood?
Yes, BCNP is not surprising. The BCGP is predictably low.

Sample size for BCNP is tiny. 4/4 passing, but only half passed the recertification.

Agree, BCSCP sounds like a joke. Releasing this exam appears to water down the standards for all other specialties. It's all a money driven scheme now.

I never understood why this needed to be a board certification. I'm not saying that there shouldn't be enhanced standards. However, why couldn't this be handled with a certificate such as CDE or immunization? It simply seems like a mismatch compared to the other specialities.
