Can anybody tell me ..

1. If a boy of 10 years and a women of 50 years old fall on out-stretched hand then what are the fractures that can occur to that limb?

2. What is Tetanus toxoid (TT) ?

If a 5 years old boy , 10 years old boy and 60 years old man come to you with the complain of penetrating injury by old rusty iron or nail then which one will you chose from the list bellow? and why?

a) Tetanus toxoid.
b) Tetanus Immunoglobulin?
c) None of them above.
(I beg your pardon for my weak english)

Depends on when they last received a vaccination and whether or not the wound is considered "dirty."
